We respect your privacy as we wish others to respect our too. We will never rent, sell, lease, give or otherwise intentionally give any of your personally identifying information to anyone without your permission. This includes, but is not limited to email address, credit card information, any address provided, telephone, fax or cell phone numbers or any other information that may be used to identify you or members of your family.
We will never send you email unless you sign-up and opt-in for it. We detest SPAM as much as the next person. If you do opt-in for email, like a newsletter, please remember there is always an "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email that allows you to unsubscribe on the spot.
Shipping
We ship anywhere in the world! You can receive a real-time quote for shipping your purchase. We ship via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and the quote you receive is directly from them. There is no mark-up.
In the U.S. and Canada we ship Priority Mail (2-3 day service) and outside the U.S. we ship First Class.
Your order is processed within 1 business day of receipt (weekends and U.S. Holidays are typically not working days ffor shipping). Your order may be processed after normal business hours. If you have provided a valid email address you will receive notification when your order is packed and when it has shipped (meaning given to the U.S. Postal Service).
If you receive a broken item, please return it immediately for repair, refund or swap. We will pay the shipping on returned defective items, usually by crediting your credit card or applying the difference to your next purchase, your choice.
Returns Policy



30-Day Guaranteed Returns. You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Sales
Because of the nature of jewelry we consider all sales final. What o we mean "the nature of jewelry?" There are dishonest people who swap out parts of jewelry (chains, gems, settings) and try to claim that the piece is not authentic or the necklace is not as stated. When returned, we naturally get the unauthentic piece. If the piece arrives from the Post Office or delivery carrier damaged, either refuse it, open it in front of the delivery person, or take it to the post office and file a claim. We will be glad to work with you in settling any of these matters.
